Child Safety & CSAE Prevention Policy

Singseller is a global social lifestyle platform serving creators, influencers, and fans across 190+ countries. We are deeply committed to the safety and protection of children on our platform. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior that sexually exploits or abuses minors.

These standards apply to all users of the Singseller platform, including the Singseller mobile application available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, as well as the Singseller website at singseller.com.

The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited on the Singseller platform and will result in immediate account termination, content removal, and reporting to the appropriate authorities:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor
• Child Sexual Exploitation Material (CSEM) — any content that sexually exploits or endangers a child
• Grooming behavior — any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation
• Solicitation of minors — requesting sexual content or contact from anyone under 18 years of age
• Trafficking of minors — any content that facilitates or promotes the trafficking of children
• Non-consensual sharing of intimate images involving minors
• Any content that normalizes, glorifies, or promotes sexual activity involving minors
• Sharing personal information of minors without parental consent for exploitative purposes

Singseller employs multiple layers of detection and prevention to identify and remove CSAE content and protect minors on our platform:

Singseller provides multiple channels for reporting suspected CSAE content or behavior. We take every report seriously and act swiftly.

Singseller cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities worldwide in investigations involving child safety. We:

• Comply with all lawful requests from law enforcement agencies for information related to CSAE investigations
• Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A)
• Preserve evidence related to CSAE reports in accordance with applicable legal requirements
• Cooperate with Interpol, national police agencies, and child protection organizations globally
• Maintain records of CSAE-related account actions for law enforcement purposes
• Proactively share intelligence with other platforms and industry coalitions to combat CSAE

Singseller requires all users to be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 years of age are considered minors and receive additional protections on our platform:

• Minors cannot access adult-only content or features
• Minors' profiles have enhanced privacy settings by default
• Direct messaging from unknown adults to minors is restricted
• Minors cannot participate in monetization features without verified parental consent
• Content featuring minors must comply with strict guidelines and cannot be of a sexual nature under any circumstances
• We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information from users under 13

Singseller complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations across the jurisdictions in which we operate, including but not limited to:

We also comply with regional and national child safety laws in Nigeria and all other countries where Singseller operates. Our legal and compliance team continuously monitors changes in child safety legislation to ensure our policies remain current.

All Singseller employees and contractors who may encounter user-generated content receive mandatory training on:

• Identifying and responding to CSAE content
• Proper handling and escalation procedures for CSAE reports
• Legal obligations and reporting requirements
• Trauma-informed approaches to content moderation
• Psychological support resources for content moderators

We conduct regular audits of our child safety practices and update our policies and training materials at least annually or whenever significant changes in law or best practices occur.

This Child Safety Standards document is reviewed and updated regularly to reflect changes in law, technology, and best practices. The current version was last updated in September 2026.

Material changes to this policy will be communicated to users through in-app notifications and email. Continued use of the Singseller platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised standards.
